A former webshop owner and marketplace seller, Marc is the business developer behind the DeepCliq platform and uses his 15+ years of (senior) management experience in global IT companies to grow DeepCliq and to build longlasting and fruitful business relations with customers and partners.

Marc holds degrees in Engineering, Business Science and International Commerce, as well as an MBA from the University of Oxford.

A happy husband and father of 2 lovely girls he spends a part of his limited spare time as university lecturer on MBA and MSc. E-Commerce courses in addition to enjoying quality time with friends and family.

Hungary-born Bence Mélykúti is the mathematical mastermind behind DeepCliq. With his deep understanding of mathematical modelling and statistics he makes sure our algorithm calculates the optimal bids for advertising auctions and identifies the best performing keywords.

Bence holds a doctorate in Applied Mathematics from the University of Oxford. He is the author of internationally recognised research publications on stochastic processes, probability theory, statistics, molecular biology, chemical reaction networks and control engineering. Bence loves to translate real-life problems into computational ones, and by doing so to make a small positive impact on our society.

When he is not hiking in the Black Forest mountains, Bence dedicates a significant part of his spare time to side projects like the development of an AI-Algorithm to detect floating plastic in our oceans: Ocean Plastic Detector.

Jan is CEO and Co-founder of ellamind. ellamind GmbH specialises in the development of custom LLM/AI models with the option for “on-premise” operation so sensitive data can stay within the organisation’s fire-walls for training and deployment. The team has developed some of the most advanced and widely used open-source AI models in the German-speaking world and has also attracted international attention (including several top-10 placements in the global “Open LLM Leaderboard” and the first working Mixtral implementation).

After a career in financial trading and building real-time financial trading models, Jan switched back to academics at the Finance Department of the University of Wuppertal where he earned his PhD on the topic of “Empirical Asset Pricing and Behavioral Finance” (Summa Cum Laude). Upon completion he decided to go “all-in” into the field of LLMs.

Jan’s ideas about applying financial trading techniques to search marketing sparked the start of DeepCliq and especially his expertise on all things LLM-related is an asset to the development of our advertising platform.

Jan lives with his wife and children in Bremen, Germany.
